How does a project start?
- With a call about the project. After it you get a written scope and wireframes to sign off, and nothing is built before that.
Who actually does the work?
- I lead every project — the first call, the architecture, the review before anything ships — and build it with my team: three developers, a designer and three SEO specialists in the Kolkata, India office, plus around six people working remotely. You talk to me, and I am the one accountable for the result.
Do you work from an existing design?
- Yes. I build from your Figma file or a reference site. Without either, the homepage is designed and approved first, then the rest of the site follows the same layout system.
What happens after the site launches?
- After launch you get a runbook your next developer can follow, plus a fix window. From there it is your call: a monthly retainer for SEO, updates and monitoring, or your own team takes the site over.
