SEO services: get found for what you sell, and know why
When a customer types what you sell into Google, my team's work is to get your business onto the page they see.
- Technical SEO audit: indexing, crawl, redirects, speed, structured data, sitemaps
- Each technical fix as its own line
- Keyword research: the words your customers type, mapped to your pages
- On-page SEO pass: titles, descriptions, headings, internal links
- Search Console and rank tracking, both in your name
- A monthly report: the work done, what moved, what comes next
Try it
Where you are for what you sell — and what moves it.
A results page for “electrician near me”, with you ninth. Tick the work in the order it's done and watch the entry move. The positions are a drawing, but the order of the work is the real one.

Overview
Small business SEO services, and who does the work
With my SEO services, the people who find the problems and the people who fix them sit in the same office. When the audit turns up a broken redirect or a missing title, a developer on the team fixes it, and the specialist who found it checks the fix in Search Console.
The free SEO checker is the first look, before anyone talks.
- Technical: crawl, redirects, speed and structured data
- On-page SEO: a page for every service, titled the way customers search for it
- Content: pages that answer the question behind the search
- Monthly SEO reporting: Search Console and rank tracking, on one page
What a scope from me looks like
Lines in a first SEO scope
Included
- Technical SEO audit: indexing, crawl, redirects, speed, structured data, sitemaps
- Each technical fix as its own line
- Keyword research: the words your customers type, mapped to your pages
- On-page SEO pass: titles, descriptions, headings, internal links
- Search Console and rank tracking, both in your name
- A monthly report: the work done, what moved, what comes next
Phase two
- New pages for the searches you don't appear for yet
- Local SEO: Google Business Profile, consistent listings, location pages
- A speed pass if the audit finds the site too slow to rank
Not doing
- Buying links
- Spun pages written for search engines, not people
- A guaranteed position on Google
An SEO scope is written after the audit. The free checker gives the first look, and the full audit gives the list. The scope then splits into fixes you pay for once and work that runs every month.
Links have to be earned by the pages themselves, so the scope never has a line for buying them.
Process
What happens after the free check
Your site is already live, so step one is reading it the way Google does. The sixth step has no end date. It is the monthly work.
- 01
The call
We talk about what you sell, where you sell it, and the words a buyer would type to find you. If the site isn't ready to rank yet, I say so on that call.- You
- Name what you sell and the places you serve. Bring the free checker's result if you ran it.
- Get
- Whether the site is ready to rank, and what a first scope covers
- 02
The audit
The full audit reads crawling, indexing, speed and structured data, and checks who already ranks for your searches.- You
- Search Console and analytics access, and a list of what you sell in your own words.
- Get
- A written audit and a scope with each line priced
- 03
Fixes and on-page work
The technical fixes go onto a staging copy before the live site. Then the on-page pass gives each service its own page. Rank tracking runs in your name.- You
- Approve the page titles and the wording on each page.
- Get
- A site Google can read, tracked from the start
- 04
Indexing check
You read each changed page on your phone. My team checks that Google has picked the changes up.- You
- Flag anything that doesn't sound like your business.
- Get
- Changes approved, indexing confirmed
- 05
The baseline report
The first monthly report lists what was fixed and what Google has indexed. Every later report is compared with this one.- You
- Read it, then decide what the monthly plan covers.
- Get
- The baseline, written down
- 06ongoing
Every month
Each month brings what moved, what we did and what comes next. Rank tracking continues, new pages go up when you send material, and the technical checks run again.- You
- Send material for the new pages we plan together.
- Get
- The month's report, and the new pages
- The call
- The audit
- Fixes and on-page work
- Indexing check
- The baseline reportboth
- Every month
Tech stack
Search Console first, then the audit tools
Google's own data comes first. The audit, keyword research and rank tracking run on DevsKing, the SEO tool company I founded. The report still leads with Search Console, because it is Google's own record of what it showed and what people clicked.
| CRITERION | What the team uses | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Truth | Google Search Console | The one source with real impressions and clicks |
| Audit | The site audit tool, after the free SEO checker | Every issue listed, most serious first |
| Keywords | Keyword research tool; Search Console's own queries | The words people type, not the trade's own names |
| Tracking | Rank tracking, plus AI visibility | Where you appear in Google and in AI answers |
| Technical | Our own developers | Each fix checked again in Search Console |
| Reporting | One page a month | What moved, and what comes next |

Why it matters
What decides how fast SEO shows
SEO is slow. A page that isn't worth reading won't rank, however well its titles and tags are set. Google first has to be able to read the site, and then it needs a reason to show it.
I put technical first on every audit, because nothing on a page counts until Google can crawl it. Every page needs one real address, the canonical. It needs structured data and a place in the sitemap. It also has to load inside Google's Core Web Vitals marks. None of that is a ranking yet.
New pages wait on material. The facts about what you sell, and the photos, have to come from you. When that material is slow to arrive, SEO stalls, so I plan the monthly work around what you can send.
The data stays yours
Your Search Console account stays in your name. The tracking and every report belong to you, whether or not we keep working together.

Led by me, built with my team — in Kolkata, India.
The team: three developers, a designer and three SEO specialists in the Kolkata, India office, plus around six people working remotely. Three SEO specialists work on this with me, and what we find in Search Console reaches you as a plain-words report every month.

Pricing
One-off fixes and an ongoing plan
SEO is priced in two parts. The audit prices each fix as its own line, and you pay for those once. The monthly line names exactly what it covers.
Local SEO and new pages are priced after the first monthly report, once there is a baseline to measure them against.
If you want to see how lines become a figure before we talk, the pricing explainer walks through it.
- Fixes: one line each, written after the audit
- Monthly: tracking, the report, the checks and new pages, in one line
Next step
Start with your SEO check result
Put your homepage into the free SEO checker first. Bring that result when we talk, and we start from your real numbers.
How long until my website ranks on Google?
- Three things set the pace of ranking on Google. Whatever is broken on the site has to be fixed before anything else counts. The search itself matters, because some are far harder to win than others. And the pages have to deserve the position. From the first monthly report, Search Console shows the movement month by month.
Do you guarantee page one on Google?
- No. Where a page sits on Google is Google's decision. What I sell is the work itself, and a monthly report on it. Before any work starts, I'll also tell you whether the site is ready to rank yet.
Do we need new content for SEO?
- Yes, when one services page is trying to rank for several different searches. Each thing you sell does better with its own page, written in your customers' words. The facts for those pages come from you, and my team turns them into pages.
What does the monthly SEO reporting show?
- Each month you get a single page. It opens with what my team did that month. Then it shows which pages gained or lost clicks in Search Console, and where you rank for the searches that matter. It ends with what is planned next, and you can read it without a glossary.
Do you offer local SEO services and Google Business Profile work?
- Yes, when you serve an area rather than the whole web. Local SEO starts with your Google Business Profile. Your listings elsewhere are made consistent, and location pages are added where they help. It is priced after the first monthly report, once the technical fixes are in.
Which comes first, the technical fixes or the content?
- The technical fixes, because a page Google cannot read cannot rank. After that, on-page SEO and content carry more weight, since a page with nothing useful on it won't rank either. The technical SEO audit shows which of the two your site is short of.
