Next.js websites and web apps

Marketing sites, dashboards and client portals on React and Next.js. Server-rendered, so they load fast and search engines read every page; deployed on Vercel or a server you control.

Typically included
  • App Router build, server-rendered pages
  • Design from your Figma or a reference site
  • A CMS or admin panel when content changes often
  • Deployment, DNS, analytics and structured data
Not the right fit when
  • A brochure site with a handful of pages and a blog — WordPress is cheaper to run
  • A team that can't maintain a Node deployment and doesn't want a retainer

WordPress sites and WooCommerce stores

Custom themes and shops on WordPress, built with Elementor, Divi or the block editor so you can change content without a developer.

Typically included
  • Theme built to your design, editable by you
  • WooCommerce set-up: products, shipping, payments
  • Speed pass: caching, image sizes, plugin audit
  • Handover notes for your own updates
Not the right fit when
  • Custom application logic — accounts, dashboards, integrations — that's a Next.js build
  • The fastest possible page at any cost: a static or Next.js site wins

Back-ends and APIs

The part behind the site, built on Node, Express and MongoDB, with an API your front-end or your partners can call.

Typically included
  • REST API with authentication and roles
  • Database design on MongoDB
  • Payments, email and third-party integrations
  • Admin panel for the data you manage
Not the right fit when
  • A site whose only dynamic part is a contact form — WordPress or a form service covers it
  • A product that already has a back-end team and just needs a front-end

Speed and Core Web Vitals fixes

An existing site made fast. I measure Core Web Vitals first, fix what the numbers point at, and measure again.

Typically included
  • Lighthouse and field-data audit with the numbers written down
  • Image, font and script fixes
  • Caching and hosting configuration
  • A before/after report
Not the right fit when
  • A site that needs a rebuild anyway — speed is then part of the rebuild
  • A platform you can't change code on (Wix, Squarespace)

Front-end from your design

Your Figma file or a reference site, built pixel-accurate and responsive, with accessibility and real content in place — on WordPress or React, whichever the project needs.

Typically included
  • Every breakpoint from the design
  • Interactions and motion as specified
  • Accessible markup and keyboard navigation
  • Handed over on the stack you run
Not the right fit when
  • There is no design yet — start with the homepage-first design step in the process
  • A one-page landing you need tomorrow — a page builder is faster

Hosting, cloud and maintenance

Your site deployed and kept running on AWS, Vercel or cPanel. I can look after it every month, or give your own team written steps to do it themselves.

Typically included
  • Deployment and DNS switch on the launch call
  • Backups and updates on a schedule
  • Monitoring and Search Console reviews
  • Written steps if you'd rather run it yourself
Not the right fit when
  • A site you plan to retire within the year
  • Enterprise infrastructure with a dedicated DevOps team

Website repair — bugs, troubleshooting, hacked-site recovery

For the site that has stopped working, or a site nobody is looking after any more. I audit it first and write down what is broken, then fix it on a staging copy before anything goes live.

Typically included
  • A written diagnosis before any fix: what broke, why, what it costs
  • Bug fixes, plugin conflicts, broken forms and checkouts
  • Hacked-site recovery from a clean backup, doors closed afterwards
  • A handover note so it doesn't happen again
Not the right fit when
  • A site that needs a rebuild — I'll say so rather than patch it
  • Platforms without code access (Wix, Squarespace)

Website redesign

The old site rebuilt on WordPress or Next.js, with a new design. The content that still works is kept, and every old URL is redirected to its new page.

Typically included
  • Audit of what the old site has earned: pages, rankings, links
  • New design, homepage approved first
  • Redirect map from every old URL to its new home
  • Content moved across, with a speed pass
Not the right fit when
  • A site under a year old that only needs a speed pass
  • A redesign with nobody on your side to confirm the facts and approve each page

AI automation and integration

AI features built into a website or a product, on Claude, Gemini and OpenAI models. Where the output matters, a person checks it before it reaches anyone.

Typically included
  • The one job AI should do for you, scoped before any model is chosen
  • Model integration — Claude, Gemini, OpenAI — with a fallback and cost caps
  • Prompts, evaluation and a human-review step where the output matters
  • Deployment and monitoring
Not the right fit when
  • An AI feature with no clear job — a chatbot for its own sake
  • Anything that replaces a person your customers need to reach

SEO services

SEO for small-business websites, done by me and the three SEO specialists on my team. Each month you get a plain report from Search Console that says what moved. The tools we use come from DevsKing, the SEO tool company I founded.

Typically included
  • Technical audit and fixes: crawl, speed, structured data, redirects
  • Keyword research and page-by-page on-page work
  • Content briefs or written pages that answer what people search
  • Search Console and rank tracking, reported monthly in plain words
Not the right fit when
  • A guaranteed #1 ranking — I can't promise a position
  • Buying links or spinning content — I don't, and Google punishes it

AI website development

Websites built with AI in the workflow. The models write the first draft of pages, code and copy, and a developer on my team reviews, tests and owns every line before you see it. The checks and the handover are the same as on any other build.

Typically included
  • AI-assisted build on WordPress or Next.js from your scope and brand
  • Every page reviewed by a developer, tested on real devices, checked with JavaScript off
  • Copy drafted by the models from your material, edited by a person
  • Deployment, SEO basics and a fix window, as on any other build
Not the right fit when
  • A site generated entirely by an AI builder
  • A business whose facts nobody on your side can confirm — the models can't supply them

Before you book

Questions about buying a service

Ask something else on the call

WordPress or Next.js — which one do I need?

WordPress when the site is mostly pages and a blog that your team edits, and running cost matters more than raw speed. Next.js when the site is an application — accounts, dashboards, integrations — or when every millisecond of load time counts. I tell you which on the first call, including when it is not the one you asked for.

How is a project priced?

A project is priced from its scope, where each line of the work has its own number. The range comes on the call once the scope is clear, and the Quote page shows how a scope is built.

Can you work on my existing hosting?

Yes — on AWS, Vercel, cPanel, Plesk or WHM. If the project needs something the host cannot do, that is agreed in the scope before any build starts.

What happens after the site launches?

You get a runbook your next developer can follow, plus a fix window. Then it is your call: a monthly retainer for SEO, updates and monitoring, or your own team takes the site over.

Do you take on part of a project?

Yes. Each service can be hired on its own, for example just the back-end behind a front-end you already have.
