Web developer in Dallas: a B2B site a vendor reviewer can work through
I build from Kolkata, India, for Dallas firms in corporate services, logistics and finance, and for the clinics and contractors that serve the metro. Before you pick a web developer in Dallas, check my record: 600+ projects for US clients, part of 900+ projects since 2017.
Overview
Read like a vendor file
Firms in corporate services, logistics and finance sell to people paid to evaluate vendors. That person reads your site the way they'd read a proposal.
That reader's checklist decides the layout, more than any taste of mine as a website designer in Dallas. Each answer gets a page of its own, and named clients appear wherever they've said yes.
The metro service trade works differently. Customers compare a contractor's or a clinic's site with others before anyone calls, so the phone number and the reviews sit near the top.
A large part of the Dallas economy is sold firm to firm. That's why the B2B pages are built first and the service pages follow.

What a scope from me looks like
Sample first scope for a B2B firm
Included
- A written scope: every page and feature as its own line, agreed before work starts
- Design to build, reviewed on a staging URL that stays open the whole project
- Mobile first — checked on a real phone
- Domain, hosting and every account created in your name from day one
- A capability page that states scale and service area plainly
- Case pages for clients who agree to be named
- Basic on-page SEO: titles, descriptions, headings, sitemap, Search Console connected
- A handover note on where every setting lives and what renews when
Phase two
- A booking or enquiry flow, if a local service side needs one
- A deeper due-diligence page for procurement teams
- Ongoing SEO once the site has traffic to read
- A maintenance plan once the site is live
- Logo and brand design, quoted separately from the build
Not doing
- Guaranteed rankings

A B2B website Dallas buyers can check question by question
Each question a buyer brings has one place on the site where it's answered.
If a question your buyers ask has no page yet, that's the next page to write.
| The buyer's question | Where the site answers it |
|---|---|
| What you do | The first line of the home page, in plain words |
| At what scale | A capability page with the volumes you're willing to publish |
| For whom | Case pages, each client named only with consent |
| Who to contact | A contact page naming the person who handles new accounts |
Your sales questions, turned into pages
Write down what prospects asked you before they signed, and bring the list to a call with me. I'll match each question to a page, and you'll leave with a first draft of the page list.
What moves the number
The scope drivers for a Dallas B2B build
Of these six, case pages are the hardest to plan, because each one waits on a client agreeing to be named.
- 01Corporate pages, service pages, or bothtwo audiences mean two sets of pages
- 02Capabilities and service linesmore lines mean more pages to write
- 03Case pageshow many clients have agreed to be named
- 04Existing rankingshow much search traffic the current site earns today
- 05An online booking formin the first build, or later
- 06Photographsreal ones of the team and the work, ready or still to be taken
Where this comes from
The American record
My 900+ projects since 2017 include 600+ projects for US clients. Every consented review on the projects page was written by the client who signed it, next to the work it describes.
Hiring an offshore web developer should start with evidence you can read for yourself. The team works on your schedule, in your time zone.

FAQ
Questions from B2B firms
I lead every project personally, start to finish.
Does a B2B site need to mention Dallas at all?
- A B2B site names Dallas in the street address and the contact details, which helps local search. Beyond that, the city doesn't need repeating on every page.
What goes on the first page for a firm in logistics or finance?
- The opening page for a logistics or finance firm answers what the firm does. Then it says which clients it serves, and at what scale, in one sentence each. Capabilities, case studies and the people who run accounts each get their own page, linked from there.
Why name a person on the contact page?
- A named contact tells a vendor reviewer who will handle the account once the contract is signed. A general inbox leaves that question open. The contact page names the person who handles new accounts, so the reviewer can tick that item off.
Can the service side share a domain with the corporate side?
- Both sides can share one domain, as long as each gets its own pages. Service customers look for reviews and a phone number, and those sit awkwardly beside a capability statement.
Can case studies be published without naming the client?
- A case page can describe the job, its scale and the result without the client's name. Some firms keep their client list private for good reasons. Where a client agrees, their name and their own review go on the page as well.
What happens on the first call?
- The first call settles which audience the site serves first. We list the capability and case pages together, and agree what you'll gather. I write the scope from the notes we make, and you get it to check line by line.
Next step
Your capability list and a named client
Have two things ready: the services you'd put on a capability page, and any client who'd agree to be named. Those two answers shape the first pages I'll propose.
